Job summary

Align Precision Corp in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Assembly Technician to perform basic and complex electronic/electro-mechanical assembly on prototype and production hardware, following military or client specifications. You will assist in developing wiring methods, use hand and power tools, and train lower-level assemblers as needed.

You will read wiring lists and drawings, perform rework per standard procedures, and may operate automated assembly equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of relevant assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Determine hardware locations per blueprints and references.
• Set up and operate drills and hand/pneumatic tools.
• Assemble units and components per blueprints and specs.
• Inspect installed units for fit, performance and standards compliance.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and proper documentation.
