Innova Solutions Inc is hiring an Assembly Technician in State College, PA. This full-time contract role involves assembling mechanical and electro-mechanical components, following detailed instructions, and ensuring product quality.

You will read mechanical/electrical drawings, use hand tools, perform some hand soldering, and work as part of a collaborative production team in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in assembly and attention to quality are important.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience or an associate degree with 0–2 years experience.
• Experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly and ability to read drawings.
• Ability to solder and perform hand soldering on electronic assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly on sub-assemblies and end products.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and maintain quality.
• Use hand tools and perform hand soldering as needed.
• Collaborate with team on process improvements.
