Innova Solutions is hiring an Assembly Technician in Londonderry, NH (03053) for a full-time role on a 4/10 schedule (Mon-Thu, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM). Responsibilities include mechanical assembly, epoxy work, and interpreting technical specs. Requires a HS diploma with 0–3 years of related experience.

Eligible benefits include medical, dental, 401(k) and more. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a competitive pay range of $20–$21 per hour.

Qualifications

• Requires minimal job knowledge/skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 0–3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly operations and use manual hand tools.
• Operate and/or program automated production equipment as needed.
• Interpret technical specifications, drawings, and documents.
• Follow wiring, component installation, bonding, and torque procedures.
• Set up and adjust processes to meet blueprint tolerances.
