Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• 2+ years in electromechanical assembly or related field.
• Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude; able to read schematics and drawings.
• Hands-on experience with wiring, soldering and hand/power tools.
• Familiar with quality control; inspect and test assemblies.
• Independent or team work with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of health and safety in manufacturing.
• Basic computer skills; experience with ERP or production tracking a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install electrical and mechanical components per instructions.
• Wiring, crimping, soldering and routing of cables to meet requirements.
• Use hand/power tools to assemble parts per engineering specs.
• Conduct inspections and functional tests on assemblies.
• Troubleshoot issues with engineering to implement solutions.
• Maintain records of materials used and processes followed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep workspace organized.
• Collaborate with Quality Control and Engineering to ensure quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Support continuous improvement of assembly processes.
