Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• 2+ years of electromechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Hands-on wiring, soldering, and tools experience in assembly.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety standards.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently or in a team.
• Basic computer skills; ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install electrical and mechanical components per work instructions.
• Perform wiring, crimping, soldering, and routing of cables and harnesses.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble parts per engineering specs.
• Conduct inspections and functional tests on assemblies.
• Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues with engineering support.
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with Quality Control and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and contribute to process improvements.
