Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in electromechanical assembly or related field
• Strong ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Familiar with quality control procedures and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install electrical and mechanical components per instructions, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Perform wiring, crimping, soldering, and routing of cables and harnesses
• Use hand and power tools to assemble parts and subassemblies per engineering specs
• Conduct inspections and functional tests on assembled components and systems
• Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues with engineering to implement solutions
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and processes followed
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Collaborate with Quality Control and Engineering to resolve issues and ensure standards
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly efficiency
