Job summary

Cleaning Technologies Group in Cincinnati is seeking an Electrical Quality Technician to be the final technical checkpoint before ultrasonic cleaning systems reach customers. You will test, troubleshoot, inspect, and fine-tune complex equipment to ensure every machine meets our high standards.

This hands-on role requires electronics expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and collaboration with Production, Engineering, and Project Management.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics or 2–3 years hands-on electronics experience.
• Experience using oscilloscopes, volt/multimeters, and other electronic test equipment.
• Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
• Ability to read electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic schematics.
• Working knowledge of PLC-controlled automation and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and engineering requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with computers and learning new software.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform final testing and adjustments on ultrasonic cleaning systems before shipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic issues down to the component level.
• Use test equipment to verify performance against engineering specifications.
• Inspect equipment for electrical, mechanical, dimensional, cosmetic non-conformities before shipment.
• Verify ultrasonic power output stays within established specs and coordinate with PM when out of spec.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Project Management to resolve quality issues.
• Identify and address process and product issues to prevent customer impact.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical questions as needed.
