Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and crimping tools.
• Knowledge of electrical assembly and wiring best practices.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire control panels and wire harnesses from schematics and BOMs.
• Install and wire components including terminal blocks, relays, PLC hardware, and DIN rail.
• Terminate, label, and route conductors per workmanship standards.
• Perform wiring verification, continuity checks, and basic electrical testing.
• Troubleshoot wiring and assembly discrepancies and follow drawings and procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Support continuous improvement and assist training of others when applicable.
