POSITION SUMMARY:

High precision micro component company seeks a driven, team oriented individual as a machine operator to help support continued growth. Primary responsibility is to operate high precision EDM machines to produce small medical-related components. Successful candidate will demonstrate the company core values, People, Integrity, and Excellence, in all aspects of their assigned duties and responsibilities.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Process product in EMD machines according to work instructions:
• Complete in-process documentation and inspections
• Perform regular cleaning on machine(s), fixtures and equipment
• Ensure calibration and proper use of all equipment and maintain integrity of product lines
• Notify machine service personnel and production manager of any machine problems or breakdowns
• Communicate job, equipment, and process status to other machine operators
• Communicate to production manager to complete projects in a safe and timely manner
• Ensure that all processes are performed in a quality manner, taking responsibility for maximizing machine utilization, minimizing quality issues and documentation
• Practice exceptional housekeeping

Employee will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
