• Operate EDM machines per work instructions
• Complete in-process documentation and inspections
• Regularly clean machines, fixtures, and equipment
• Ensure calibration and proper use of equipment; maintain product line integrity
• Notify service personnel and production manager of machine issues
• Communicate status to other operators and management
• Maintain quality and maximize machine utilization while documenting
• Practice exceptional housekeeping
