• Willingness to work in varied weather and different job sites.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate dozers equipped with GPS technology or finish dozers according to project plans.
• Maintain safety practices to protect yourself and teammates on site.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report issues to maintenance.
• Ensure accurate grading and leveling per specifications and blueprints.
• Coordinate grading activities with project managers and crew members.
• Document daily inspections and work logs as required.
