Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating dozers for fine grading in heavy civil construction.
• Experience in site grading, mass excavation, mainline pipe installation, or processed water projects preferred.
• Ability to perform fine grading with or without GPS-assisted machine control.

Responsibilities

• Operate dozers (Cat D5, D6, D8 or similar) for fine grading and surface finishing.
• Work on mass excavation, pipe installation, and processed water projects.
• Read and interpret plans, grade stakes, and laser levels to achieve precise elevations.
• Coordinate with supervisors, pipe crews, and earthmoving teams for efficient site prep.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA regulations for grading and excavation work.
