Job summary

3B DOZER SERVICE LLC in Hubbard, TX is seeking a Dozer Equipment Operator to support construction, mining, and industrial projects by operating bulldozers with precision and safety. You will clear, move, and grade land with bulldozers, perform routine maintenance, and follow GPS-guided onboard systems to meet site specs.

A valid driver’s license and 2–5 years of heavy equipment experience are required. This full-time, day-shift role requires sitting for long periods, climbing in and out of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating bulldozers for land clearing, moving, and grading preferred.
• Must be able to read and follow GPS-guided onboard systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers to clear, move, and grade land on various sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure safe operation.
• Follow GPS-guided onboard systems to meet site specifications.
• Read, interpret, and follow supervisor instructions.
• Work in all weather conditions and remain seated for long periods.
• Perform manual labor including lifting 50+ lbs and operate other heavy equipment when needed.
