Job summary

Forte Opening Solutions is seeking a hands-on manufacturing associate to support door assembly operations. You will read sizing instructions, perform quality checks with a tape measure, and use a mallet to loosen doors while loading hinge machines with panels.

You will inspect hardware alignment, ensure proper installation before push off, and assist with cullboards, bit changes, and rail restocking. Collaboration with the team and strict adherence to PPE and safety procedures are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
• Proficient in reading and following sizing instructions with a tape measure.
• Ability to perform basic repairs, routing, tracking and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow sizing instructions and quality check with tape measure.
• Use mallet to loosen doors. Load hinge machine with bifold door panels for hinging.
• Inspect and ensure hardware aligned and applied correctly prior to push off.
• Pull off cullboards, change bits, restock rails/assist.
