Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years manufacturing, woodworking, or construction preferred.
• Experience with doors, windows, or millwork is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery, power tools, and assembly equipment to manufacture doors.
• Read blueprints and work orders to ensure proper materials and finishes.
• Inspect parts for quality and compliance with standards.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment and adjust as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Move materials and door slabs using proper lifting techniques.
• Collaborate with team to hit daily production goals.
• Document data, quality checks, and material usage.
