Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a Production Operator to efficiently assemble, machine, and finish door components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will read blueprints, interpret work orders, select the correct materials, and operate power tools to meet specifications.

You'll inspect parts for quality, document production data, and work with teammates to hit daily goals while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with doors, windows, or millwork is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and assembly equipment to manufacture doors.
• Read blueprints and work orders to ensure correct materials and finishes.
• Inspect parts for quality and compliance with standards.
• Document production data and material usage as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE rules.
