You will track records, build data-books containing sensitive design information, verify documentation on the shop floor, and coordinate inspection schedules to ensure standards. Qualifications

• Document Control or Administrative Experience preferred but not required.
• Material Test Report experience/proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Quality Control Manager with daily tasks.
• Manage, track, organize and store critical documents from multiple departments.
• Build data-books containing sensitive design and test information to present to customers.
• Work in a shop environment to verify documentation matches actual material on the shop floor being processed.
• Maintain a quality control calendar for scheduled inspections.
