Job summary

Delva Tool & Machine is seeking a Document Control Specialist to support operations in Cinnaminson, NJ. The role focuses on ensuring quality through inspection, documentation, and adherence to AS9100/ISO standards.

You will collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position emphasizes attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably CNC machining, aerospace, defense, or other precision settings.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support quality goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished parts.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents for compliance.
• Prepare and maintain inspection records and technical data packages.
• Support first article inspections (AS9102) and customer documentation requirements.
• Identify and document nonconforming material and assist root-cause efforts.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality to resolve issues.
• Maintain compliance with AS9100/ISO quality standards.
• Assist with audits, process improvements, and quality initiatives.
