Job summary

White Bluff facility seeks a Digital Printing Press Finisher for 3rd shift to complete post-press finishing tasks. You will laminate, slit, rewind, die cut, trim, inspect, and package finished products for shipment, ensuring quality and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, manufacturing experience, and the ability to lift 40–75 lbs and stand for extended periods. Commitment to safety and GMP standards is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous manufacturing or mechanical experience is preferred.
• Ability to distinguish subtle color variations is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform finishing operations on digitally printed products (laminating, slitting, rewinding, sheeting, die cutting, trimming).
• Set up, operate and adjust finishing equipment (slitters/rewinders, laminators, die cutters, sheeters, trimmers, rewind systems, packaging).
• Conduct visual and dimensional quality inspections and document readings.
• Stage materials for next jobs and assist with machine downtime when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, 5S/GMP-compliant work area.
