Job summary

Paycom is seeking a HP Digital Printing Press Finisher to complete post-press finishing tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will operate and adjust laminators, slitters, die cutters, and related equipment while performing quality inspections and packaging finished products for shipment.

The role requires attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for long periods, and follow GMP/safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing or mechanical experience.
• Ability to lift 40–75 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to read production orders, rulers, and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Perform finishing operations on digitally printed products.
• Set up, operate, and adjust finishing equipment (slitters, laminators, die cutters, etc).
• Conduct visual and dimensional quality inspections.
• Maintain labels, paperwork, and documentation.
• Stage next job materials and assist with housekeeping and safety procedures.
