Job summary

Paycom is seeking a HP Digital Printing Press Finisher to complete post-press finishing tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will operate and adjust laminators, slitters, die cutters, and related equipment while performing quality inspections and packaging finished products for shipment.

The role requires attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for long periods, and follow GMP/safety procedures.

Qualifications

Job Summary: The HP Digital Printing Press Finisher is responsible for completing post-press finishing operations for digitally printed products while ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met. This position performs finishing processes such as laminating, slitting, rewinding, sheeting, die cutting, trimming, inspection, packaging, and preparing finished products for shipment.
