General Stamping Company is seeking a skilled die maker to build and repair dies and tooling. You will work from drawings, inspect components to blueprints, and assist in designing high-speed progressive dies in a fast-paced shop environment.

The role requires precise machining, accurate measurements, and strict adherence to tolerances. In-person work with a day shift offers full-time employment and benefits.

Competenze

• Ability to use shop mathematics and formulas.
• Work from operative sheets, drawings and sketches.
• Thorough knowledge of machine shop practices and mechanics.

Mansioni

• Assist in designing complex high-speed progressive dies.
• Build dies from drawings or layouts.
• Diagnose and correct problems in tools and dies.
• Ensure dies meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Inspect parts to customer blueprints and use SPC and tolerancing.
