Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Experience as a Die Maker or Tool & Die Maker in a manufacturing environment is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of combined apprenticeship-style training or equivalent.
• Proficiency with blueprints, layouts, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and sketches to plan dies and assemblies.
• Set up and operate CNC and conventional machine tools to shape parts.
• Test, inspect, and adjust dies to ensure they meet design specs.
• Collaborate with team to design jigs, fixtures, and templates.
