Job summary

Saigepartners is seeking experienced Tool & Die Makers to build, repair, maintain, and modify dies, tools, fixtures, and other equipment used to manufacture automotive parts.

You will read blueprints, use precision measuring tools, and operate mills, lathes, grinders, and other machining equipment while ensuring quality and safety in a collaborative environment with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Tool & Die experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, and maintain dies and tooling.
• Troubleshoot and fix tooling problems.
• Read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Operate mills, lathes, grinders, and other machining equipment.
• Make tooling adjustments to improve part quality.
• Work with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tooling.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
