Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; prior machine operation experience preferred.

• Ability to make independent decisions and solve moderate problems.
• Solid basic math and blueprint reading ability.
• Mechanical aptitude with attention to detail.
• Fluent English communication and ability to interpret safety and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and continuously monitor converting equipment to produce parts that meet spec—every time.
• Hit productivity targets by managing run speeds, minimizing setup time, and coordinating with support teams.
• Troubleshoot raw material and equipment issues to keep workflow moving.
• Record production counts and material usage in the ERP system (Epicor experience is a plus).
• Work safely and follow plant rules; keep work areas clean and organized.
• Develop knowledge across multiple assets and understand product quality specifications, processes, and procedures.
