Job summary

Priority Envelope is seeking a Cutter Operator in Minnesota to program, set up, operate, and troubleshoot automated die cutting equipment. The role supports the converting department by delivering accurate, timely paper stock and maintaining safe operations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of die cutting experience, strong math and precision skills, and good communication. Overtime may be required in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Program layout specifications and set up cutting and loading equipment per job specs.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive, emergency, and scheduled maintenance.
• Maintain production records and equipment logs accurately.
• Provide status updates to Scheduling and Production Supervision.
• Follow housekeeping and safety rules to protect the team.
