Position Overview:

We are currently looking for an Experienced Die Cutting Operator to operate and maintain our die-cutting equipment. The ideal candidate should have experience in the operation of die-cutting machinery, ensuring precision and efficiency in producing various materials and products. This position pays $16.00 to $18.00 an hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

Die Cutting Operation:

• Set up and operate die-cutting machinery according to job specifications.
• Monitor machine performance to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the production process.

Quality Control:

• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards.
• Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality and consistency.

Maintenance:

• Perform routine maintenance on die-cutting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or issues promptly.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure a safe working environment.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Collaboration:

• Coordinate with team members, including machine assistants and production staff.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments as needed.
