Job summary

Flowserve US Inc. in Taneytown, MD is seeking a Machine Operator (Deburr/Grind) for 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 3:30PM–2:00AM ET). You will perform precision deburring and grinding, operate cranes, and inspect parts in the Burr Balance department.

The role requires the ability to read scales, use measuring tools, and follow safety procedures. Prior machining experience and blueprint reading are preferred; HS diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team-oriented CIP environment.
• Ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions.
• Basic shop math skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read and document scales to verify parts are in conformance.
• Operate overhead and jib cranes to move heavy parts.
• Deburr, cut, and polish parts using hand tools.
• Complete certification reports accurately.
• Adhere to Safety Procedures and required safety training.
