Job summary

Prince Industries is seeking a Deburr Operator for the Second Shift (2:30pm - 1:00am, Mon- Thurs) to remove burrs and sharp edges from bars and parts, and prepare them for final inspection. The role requires reading blueprints and using measuring instruments to ensure tolerance, maintaining a clean, safe workspace, and helping improve processes.

Responsibilities include deburring, drilling, inspection, and routine machine maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years preferred experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets blueprints.
• Uses gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.
• Keeps the work area clean and follows safety regulations.
• Performs drilling, deburring, tumbling and inspection of parts.
• Performs maintenance on machines as per PM charts.
• Communicates with team and management about process improvements.
