Job summary

ARCH-Minneapolis is seeking a motivated Deburring Technician to join our day shift. You will deburr, polish, and finish small precision metal components using hand and power tools.

You will contribute to maintaining clean work areas, follow detailed instructions, and support manufacturing processes. This role offers growth opportunities, onsite benefits, and a competitive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• ITAR requirements: U.S. person status.
• Preferred: 1 year of deburring experience; microscope experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deburrs, polishes, or grinds metal items using hand/power tools.
• Maintain clean, organized work area to support manufacturing functions.
• Perform finishing tasks including bead blasting and tumbling.
• Follow detailed cleaning instructions and assembly/deburring procedures.
• Report process/equipment issues to lead/production manager.
• Change tools on powered equipment as needed.
