Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of related experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude to use tools on metal aircraft components.
• Dexterity to work with hands for assembly operations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in English, with clear communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
• Team-oriented, with reliable attendance and dependability.
• Commitment to safety, 6S practices, and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Remove burrs and sharp edges from metal parts and assemblies to specified tolerances.
• Operate and maintain grinders, sanders, buffers, tumbling machines, and grit blasting equipment.
• Clean parts to remove contaminants and apply corrosion inhibitors as required.
• Buff and polish surfaces to achieve desired finish and appearance.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to guide activities and ensure quality.
• Follow work instructions and keep daily production records as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety policies.
• Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.
