Job summary

ProStaffing seeks a detail-oriented Deburring Technician to join a medical device manufacturing team. You will inspect and deburr implant components using hand tools, fixtures, magnification, and other processing equipment, following quality and safety procedures. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM–3:15 AM.

Training on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift. Compensation is $19.00 per hour ($17 base + $2 shift differential).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with microscope or magnification equipment preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, assembly instructions, and customer drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills.
• Able to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable with repetitive, precision-based work.

Responsibilities

• Review deburring instructions and blueprint specifications.
• Inspect medical implant parts visually and using magnification.
• Deburr components using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Complete work travelers, inspection sheets, and documentation accurately.
• Report quality, equipment, material, or process concerns.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
