Job summary

Qualifications

• Understand basic mechanical and manufacturing techniques.
• 3+ years preferred experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficient in the use of measuring instruments is preferred.
• Uses gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.
• Use belt sanders, abrasive wheels, fixtures, files, scrapers, solvents, and other hand tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety regulations.
