Job summary

Brennan is seeking a Deburring Technician to remove burrs and sharp edges from metal components and ensure surfaces meet quality specifications. You will use tools like dremels, files, grinders, and sandpaper, inspect parts with measurement tools, and maintain equipment while adhering to safety guidelines.

The role requires strong manual dexterity, basic math skills, and experience in manufacturing or machining. Shift: Mon-Thu 5AM-2:30PM, Fri 5AM-12PM. Lifting up to 35 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, machining, or similar roles preferred.
• Proficiency with deburring tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Remove burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections from metal components to meet tolerances.
• Visually inspect parts and use measurement tools to identify issues.
• Maintain and clean tools; report worn or damaged equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean work area.
• Collaborate with machinists and QC teams to address part quality issues.
• Document work performed and track parts processed.
