Job summary

Nemco Food Equipment is seeking a machine operator for a production environment where you will work with hand tools to deburr and finish sheet steel parts. After initial training, you will meet productivity and quality standards with varying setup times and run durations.

The role requires eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity, and the ability to work with power tools and deburring machines. A 3rd shift schedule with a 3-week training period is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a production environment with hand tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Deburr parts using hand and power tools.
• Acid cleaning of specific parts.
• Handle air tools and lubrication.
• Identify need for, and change dull tools.
• Perform break out operations from the laser cutter and separate pieces.
