Job summary

Bal Seal Engineering in Colorado Springs is seeking a detail‑oriented deburr technician to prepare micro components to stringent workmanship standards.

You will follow routing instructions, operate a Sonic cleaner, inspect parts with microscopes, and maintain accurate records. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of deburring experience with micro components.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of deburring experience with micro components.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Experience working with microscopes and precision measurement methods and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deburr micro components to workmanship standards.
• Follow work order instructions to meet company and customer requirements.
• Operate Sonic cleaner machine.
• Microscopically inspect work to ensure specifications.
• Record quantities of finished products using standard methods.
• Complete electronic and paper-based records with speed and accuracy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
