Job summary

Advcosinc is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Deburr Technician to remove burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections from machined parts, ensuring quality for assembly or further processing.

The role requires familiarity with deburring techniques, hand and power tools, and the ability to read technical drawings. Candidates should be detail-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team on a manufacturing floor environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Remove burrs, sharp edges, and other imperfections from parts using hand tools, power tools, and automated deburring machines.
• Inspect parts to identify areas requiring deburring, ensuring they meet quality specifications.
• Use precision measuring instruments to check dimensions and tolerances of parts after deburring.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
• Maintain and clean deburring tools and equipment to ensure proper function.
• Work closely with quality control to ensure all deburred parts meet company and industry standards.
• Document and report any issues or defects found during deburring and suggest improvements to the process.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet deadlines and optimize workflows.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
