Qualifications

• Must be able to use and understand a Ten-X machine to verify parts meet print requirements.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, work orders, and production planning documents.
• Ability to use standard manufacturing measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, scales, height gauges, depth gauges, etc.
• Must be capable of working with tight tolerances such as + or - .001".
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Remove burrs from metal parts using power disc sander, rotary files, hand files, tumbler machines, hand knives and other deburring tools.
• Operate and knock down various types and sizes of punch press and draw press machines.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, safe condition and follow safety standards.
• Assist in development of techniques to increase productivity, quality, and throughput.
