Integrity Staffing Solutions in Suwanee, GA is hiring a Deburr / Finishing Operator for the 2nd shift. This full-time role pays $18.00 per hour and runs Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM.

You'll perform secondary finishing on machined metal components to prepare them for inspection, assembly, or further processing in a clean, safety-focused environment. You will remove burrs and sharp edges, operate finishing tools, inspect for defects, and maintain safe, organized work.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, metalworking, grinding, deburring, or finishing experience preferred.
• Comfortable using hand and powered finishing tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize surface defects.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks safely and reliably.
• Dependable attendance and availability for the second shift.

Responsibilities

• Remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material.
• Operate approved finishing tools and equipment.
• Perform surface-finishing tasks following work instructions.
• Visually inspect components for defects and irregularities.
• Protect critical surfaces and dimensions during finishing.
• Clean and prepare parts for inspection or assembly.
• Identify and separate nonconforming parts.
• Maintain accurate production counts.
• Follow safety protocols, PPE requirements, and maintain a clean work environment
