Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review, assess, and perform data entry tasks for photo enforcement program events using web-based tools.
• Align processing determinations with client-specific instructions.
• Adapt processing behaviors based on feedback or rules changes.
• Meet production and quality goals set by the Processing Department.
• Access performance reports and interpret data as needed.
• Perform additional clerical duties as assigned.
