The role involves scanning, verifying, and encoding documents, researching issues, and ensuring timely carrier settlements. Typical duties include auditing trip and settlement data, data entry from invoices, and maintaining production reports in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Audit and/or research trip and settlement information to ensure that information on trip paperwork matches information in the system.
• Verify and enter specific information from invoices while indexing to ultimately release carrier/vendor settlements.
• Forward discrepancies to appropriate departments.
• Scan and encode documents, verifying legibility/making enhancements when necessary, according to numerous internal and external requirements.
• Maintain daily production reports in Excel to provide information for departmental measurements.
• Other duties as assigned.
