Responsibilities

• Operate cutting, pressing, and related production equipment according to established procedures.
• Set up and load materials into machines and fixtures as required.
• Adjust machine settings and tooling to maintain production specifications.
• Monitor equipment during operation and make minor adjustments as necessary.
• Inspect finished components for proper dimensions and quality.
• Use measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify product specifications.
• Follow work orders, drawings, process instructions, and production specifications.
• Identify and segregate defective or non-conforming materials.
• Complete production paperwork and inspection records accurately.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance as required.
• Maintain proper material identification and traceability.
• Follow all safety, PPE, ESD, and quality procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Meet established production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality.
