Qualifications

• Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints; basic math skills.
• Proficiency with hand tools and precision measuring devices; micrometers.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, operation and routine maintenance of production machinery and test equipment.
• Use documents such as job travelers, blueprints, schematics, models or specifications.
• Troubleshoot machines to maintain peak performance and solve problems.
• Ensure stock of raw materials and schedule maintenance as per plans.
• Verify items meet tolerances and specifications per job docs.
• Use micrometers and other precision tools to assure product quality.
• Collaborate with team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Attend to schedule flexibility including nights and weekends as needed.
