Job summary

Machine Tool Builders, Inc. (MTB) seeks several talented, self-starting custom machine builders to rebuild, modify and assemble metal-working machines in our Illinois shop. You will read prints for fluid power plumbing, perform precise tolerancing, alignments, and use tools like calipers, micrometers, and indicators.

Some domestic travel will be required. We value craftsmanship, attention to detail and good math skills.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and prints for fluid power plumbing.
• Ability to rebuild, modify and assemble metal-working machines.
• Strong math and measurement accuracy required.
