Job summary

Springs Window Fashions and Affiliated Companies is hiring for a first shift sewing/assembly role. You will read orders, cut and assemble curtain components, operate a 1-needle industrial sewing machine, and ensure quality standards are met while preparing items for packaging.

The job requires basic math, attention to detail, and willingness to train in additional assembly tasks, with overtime as needed. Pay is $15.00 per hour with full benefits on a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Sewing experience with a 1-needle industrial machine.
• 3 months of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read orders and follow assembly instructions.
• Willingness to train in other assembly positions and overtime.
• Basic computer data entry and measuring basics.

Responsibilities

• Assemble curtains according to quality and timeliness standards.
• Operate sewing machines and prepare materials for assembly.
• Read orders, cut fabric, gather components, and pack final products.
• Inspect finished curtains for quality and hang readiness.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and cooperate with quality specialists.
• Prepare curtains for packing and shipping.
