Job summary

AMERIBOX PACKAGING LLC in Calhoun, GA is seeking a skilled Corrugator Operator to join our production team. This hands-on role operates state-of-the-art corrugating equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, delivering precision, efficiency, and quality.

You will set up and adjust machinery, inspect performance, read job orders, and work with the team to meet daily output targets while upholding safety standards and clean, organized work areas.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating a corrugator or similar industrial packaging machinery.
• Ability to read and follow job orders and production specs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor corrugator machinery to produce corrugated board and packaging materials
• Perform routine equipment inspections, adjustments, and basic preventive maintenance
• Monitor production runs to ensure quality standards and minimize waste
• Read and interpret job orders, production schedules, and specifications
• Adjust machine settings including speed, pressure, and temperature to meet product requirements
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols
• Collaborate with production team members and supervisors to meet daily output goals
