Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or machine-operation experience required.
• Ability to read work instructions and use measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality expectations.
• Basic mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Experience with copper tubing or soft metals preferred.
• HVAC/refrigeration/heat-exchanger experience preferred.
• Lean manufacturing or 5S knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate expansion equipment to form copper tubing to precise diameters and tolerances.
• Set up tooling, dies, and mandrels per work orders and specs.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Identify defects and report out-of-tolerance conditions.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
