Qualifications

• Attention to detail required.
• Manual dexterity essential.
• Ability to use small hand tools like tweezers, hex keys, probes/picks.
• Ability to visually inspect and assemble small parts and fasteners.
• Ability to understand/write English communications.
• Experience with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Must be able to use a microscope for extended periods.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision mechanical assembly and adhesive application.
• Perform measurements and tests per procedures and document results.
• Maintain traveler documentation and WIP tracking records.
• Assist the Engineering Department with developmental processes.
• Perform cleaning operations for Cooler production.
• Flexibility to cover training or shift variations as needed.
