Job summary

Apogee Architectural Metals in Stratford, WI is seeking an Assembly I (2nd Shift) to operate and maintain stations assembling fabricated parts according to specifications in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires basic reading of blueprints and measurements, use of hand tools and power tools, and teamwork to meet quality and productivity targets while following safety protocols. On-site training provided with potential overtime and opportunities for skill growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read measuring devices (tape measures) and use hand tools.
• Ability to follow blueprints and work instructions.
• Basic computer proficiency (data entry).

Responsibilities

• Assemble units using hand and power tools on the line.
• Test and calibrate parts to meet specifications and tolerances.
• Support other Assembly I roles and maintain accuracy and pace.
