Teledyne Technologies Incorporated in Goleta, CA, is seeking a skilled assembler for Cooler production. You will perform precision mechanical assembly, cleaning, testing, documentation, and inspect parts, subassemblies, and finished products using production tools and computer systems to support manufacturing and WIP tracking.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and manual dexterity required.
• Able to use small hand tools such as tweezers, hex keys, and probes.
• Able to visually inspect and assemble small parts and fastening devices.
• Able to understand and respond to verbal and written communication in English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Must be able to use a microscope for extended periods.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs., unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision mechanical assembly and adhesive application
• Perform measurements and tests from test procedures and document results
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate traveler documentation and work-in-progress (WIP) tracking records
• Assist the Engineering Department with developmental processes
• Perform cleaning operation for Cooler production
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
